Below is my Terms of Service. There is a passcode in this list you will need to provide me with in order for service to commense.
1. I reserve the right to deny service to anybody based on my own judgement.
2. I will not provide service to any of the following: Homophobes, Transphobes, Anti-LGBT, Anti-Neopronouns, Anti-Xenogenders, Zoophiles, Pedophiles, MAPs, Neonazis, Nazis, Antisemite, Pro-Life, Pro-Trump, etc.
3. Prices are able to be negotiated and will be negotiated based on design, complexity, pose, amount of characters, etc.
4. I will not draw NSFW of any kind. Suggestive or sexual themes is doable, but outright NSFW is not. If you request NSFW, you will be blacklisted.
5. If you need your piece(s) to be done by a certain date, you must let me know.
6. I request half payment upfront and will accept the second half of payment after the piece is finished. This can be negotiated, but I will not start until some payment is recieved.
7. I do not permit my work to be resold or minted as NFTs.
8. I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission through most steps of the way.
9. I may request a pose reference to base the piece on when a commission is ordered. Please provide one.
10. Please provide clear reference sheets or images of character(s) you want me to draw.
11. I primarily work with OCs / original characters, but I can draw characters from media as well.
12. I will not draw mecha / complicated mechanical designs, as that is not my forte.
13. Background complexity may add to price. Most of my backgrounds are photobashed together to make some kind of finished product.
14. Due to business, work, school, art block, and other conflicts, commissions may take a long time. This is why half payment is upfront, so that you won't have to pay $50 and then get nothing for 3 months.
15. If you are confused on any of these, I will have sent this Carrd to you so you can read through these terms. Once you've read through them, come back to me with the following password: Aidoneus.
